Artwork Title: Sketching Sunday
Material: Reclaimed bike & bench seat, white drill fabric, black binding, wine bottle, white paint, black marker, cotton thread, chalk & pastels.

Artist Statement: The humble bike & bench seat, covered with white fabric and edged with black lines, stands as a relief from its rendered chalk shadow. Now drawn into the landscape, exposed seams and dangling threads darn together a simple sketch of a “Sunday” activity. A 3-dimensional drawing in space.
