Prismatic Play, 2022- Site-Specific installation designed for the grassed area outside the Caroline Springs Public Library. Georgina was commissioned by the Melton City Council for the work to be installed for 3 weeks across January – February 2022.

Utilising four trees closest to Caroline Spring Blvd, two long strip Sails created a prismatic channel that captured the wind as it passed over the grassy mounds outside the Libary. The public was encouraged to interact with the wind-activated installation – experiencing the 3-dimensional inflated surface, whilst resting and playing on the colourful mats installed between the two sails. This installation was created as a soft and colourful play space for children and adults alike to navigate their public environment in unexpected and tactile ways.
