Blue Doughnuts, was selected as one of thirty finalist in the 2010 Artecycle Exhibition held at the Walter Burley Griffin Incinerator Arts Complex. The Exhibition was made up of selected sculptural works inspired by themes of environmentalism and recycling. The show was curated by Claire Mitchell, with Judges Jason Smith (Director and CEO of Heide Museum of Modern Art) and Artist Louise Paramor, selecting the winners of four award that made up a wining prize pool of $10,000.

The three doughnuts are made from recycling air-conditioning ducting, woven cotton fabric, a metal ring, cable ties, wire and hung from the ceiling using fishing line. Each doughnut is approximately 100cm in diameter.
